Regulatory Integrity Scanner
Check whether regulated facts remain consistent. Run a single-change check — one approved source against the downstream records that should reflect it — or a portfolio scan over a CSV, XLSX or JSON export. Deterministic comparison, bounded statuses, an exception queue with owners, and portable exports. Everything runs in this browser page; nothing you enter or import leaves it.
1 · Anchor the approved source
2 · Declare the expected downstream surfaces
Mark a record in scope only when your team expects it to reflect this change. An empty observation is missing evidence, not proof the real record is wrong.
1 · Import the portfolio
Your browser reads the file locally; nothing is uploaded, stored or transmitted. Do not paste confidential data you are not authorised to process on this machine.
Semicolon- or tab-separated CSV is not auto-supported: save the file as comma-separated CSV or XLSX.
2 · Map columns to regulatory objects
Profiles are stored only in this browser (and in files you export). They are convenience configuration, not regulatory evidence.
Compare an approved source across a declared evidence matrix
Use this for several fields across several records. Start with the fictional example, replace the source and observations, then declare the field/surface pairs in scope. Without an explicit scope, every approved field is checked on every declared surface.
The approved source sets expected values. Missing observations remain visible. Exact comparison is the default; use a qualified rule for translations or statements needing interpretation. Evidence references are citations you supply; files and source authority are not independently verified.
Scan result
Run a check or scan to see statuses, exceptions and the review queue.

- No exceptions yet.
Export
Exports include every finding, the comparison input, rule version and full SHA-256 fingerprints. Review edits are local and self-reported; a fingerprint detects changes against a trusted copy but does not certify evidence or reviewer identity. Export before leaving this page.
Record a review disposition
The original comparison status is retained. Closing requires an accountable owner and closure evidence. This local record is not an authenticated approval or regulatory release.
From free scan to reviewed closure
The scanner does the first pass. What it leaves behind — reconciliation across systems, unclear ownership, records that no longer match their sources — is what the paid formats close: the Portfolio Integrity Scan and the Regulatory Change Integrity Review.
